If you need warranty service & your GlobalSat product falls into the conditions listed below, you may need to purchase a "Pre-Paid Non-Warranty Inspection Service" (please call 888-323-8720):
a.) If you have a GlobalSat product with an expired warranty.
b.) If you purchased your device from an un-authorized reseller (i.e., e-Bay reseller, Amazon reseller or some other source).
c.) If you purchased the item used.
d.) If you are unable to provide proof of purchase (copy of an invoice, etc.) to validate a warranty coverage.
