and I'll thank you some help about creating intervals
a) The only way to create it is the watch, isn't it? There isn't another way to create it (maybe Training Gym Pro?). If is the wacht the way to creat it, it's not enough easy, it's too much heavy
b) How can I create a step of a workout like this: run until you press the lap button
c) If I want to repeat 2 steps, how could I do it? Because If I do a repeat step, it's only about the step before. Example, if I want to create ("400m run and 1 min rest")x10 times.
Must I create 20 steps, 10 for 400 and 10 for rest??
