People who read magazines say that the optimal cadence for running is somewhere around 180 steps per minute.
Pulse is also around 160-180 when running.
Could it be that that running in sync with your heart is a good idea? The entire body in the same pulse in some holistic way? The movement in sync with the heart helping blood to transport optimally?
Guess I have to run wearing a stethoscope. Better than a walkman anyway. :-)
