warranty end user against the dealer in germany is regulated by law. It is 24 month after selling.
But after 6 month there is a shifting of the burden of proof. User has to prove the defect was there from the beginning.
Globalsat itself has 12 month of warranty, as I know.

A friend of mine has a Garmin 310 XT, not one year old , which felt down and the window was broken. Garmin said the repair is inefficient and offered her a new one for 151 Euro instead of repairing it.
